Integrity sounds like a heavy thing to talk about because there are so many levels to it. In this episode, I'm referring how the words we use reflect on on leadership integrity.

With so many changes happening in the world, it’s easy to get caught up in the fast-paced way of things. This can lead to rushed conversations and passivley accepting any news or opinions that come our way.

When we’re always in a hurry, it’s difficult to stay present and communicate intentionally.

Yes, we may be communicating more than ever before, but that does not mean the way we're communicating is better than before.

So in this episode I’m sharing some of my practices for keeping my integrity high and promoting honest communication.
