Show Notes:

As a naturally curious, and knowledge-enchanted person, I am constantly seeking out new ideas. I love growing them through the process of a vague concept, then researching to find something concrete.

This episode’s topic, self-efficacy, is the perfect example of one of my curiosity spells.

I was intrigued by how many people I know who work tirelessly to encourage, motivate and help others. Especially through social media, I am constantly finding others who have a drive to teach, and lead others in various topics.

And I wondered, why?

What drives us to want to show others how to do something and be the best they can be? Where does that motivation come from? The search for these answers lead me to a gem called leadership self-efficacy. It’s an amazing concept instilled in people through their own mindset, goals, and aspirations.
